Swapping tickets
If you would like to swap your ticket to another day please note that if you hold a BRONZE ticket you are not able to swap your ticket to another day. You must re purchase your ticket via the website.

If you hold a SILVER ticket you are able to swap it as long as it hasn't been used the day prior which we can see when we scan the ticket in.

Lost Tickets
Please talk to the ladies at the front desk for any lost ticket enquiries and we can search the database and give you your ticket on the spot.
